Sombra infiltrates via Translocator to Hack a key target or ultimate-holder out of position, then finishes them off with Machine Pistol while they're unable to use abilities.

Tactical Caveats

Stealth breaks the instant she attacks or takes damage, and she has very low health, so any hero who spots her before the hack lands can usually kill her outright.
