Tracer blinks around a flank to catch isolated backline targets, unloading Pulse Pistols at point-blank range and using Recall to undo bad trades or reset her position.

Tactical Caveats

She has the lowest health pool of any damage hero, so a single hard crowd-control effect that lands while Recall is on cooldown is usually a guaranteed kill for the enemy.
