Wuyang alternates between the controllable orb of Xuanwu Staff and the Restorative Stream to heal allies, using Rushing Torrent to escape and Guardian Wave to disrupt enemies pushing his team's space.

Tactical Caveats

His healing output is spread across offense and support rather than dedicated to sustain, so against focused burst damage he often can't out-heal the incoming pressure alone.
