Moira uses Fade to reposition in and out of a fight, alternating Biotic Grasp between healing beam and a lifesteal damage orb to sustain herself while topping off allies.

Tactical Caveats

Her single-target healing beam requires a direct line of sight and drains a shared resource pool, so she struggles to keep multiple separated allies alive at once.
